Tanya Rich, MBA

Tanya is an owner/partner of McGee Collins PC and has proudly dedicated her entire professional career to serving the firm’s clients and community. She joined McGee Collins PC in May 2003 immediately after graduating high school and has grown alongside the firm ever since. Through her years of experience, Tanya has developed strong relationships with clients by focusing on trust, communication, and personalized service.

While working full time, Tanya earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later completed her Master of Business Administration. Her combination of education and real-world experience allows her to provide practical, easy-to-understand guidance that helps clients feel confident in their financial decisions.

Tanya specializes in small business accounting and both personal and business tax return preparation. She oversees new business client onboarding and enjoys helping business owners understand the fundamentals of running a successful and compliant operation. Tanya is especially passionate about educating clients on the “dos and don’ts” of business ownership, helping them avoid common pitfalls while building strong, sustainable businesses. She believes that informed clients make better decisions and strives to be a reliable resource clients can count on year-round — not just during tax season.

Having moved to the area in 1999, Tanya takes pride in serving the community she calls home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their daughter, Colleen. Tanya values family, and building meaningful relationships both professionally and personally.
